Clinical director
Ben Renshaw
APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist - MACP
Ben holds a Master of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy and has spent over a decade treating both the general and sporting populations across Rouse Hill and the Hills District, alongside ongoing work in professional and sub-elite NRL and AFL. That work ranges from acute on-field injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-sport testing, through to stiff backs, headaches, arthritic knees and adolescent growing pains.
Hills Performance Sports Physio was founded on a simple idea - the standard of care available to a professional athlete should be available to everyone. The same thorough assessment, the same clear explanation, and the same evidence-based rehabilitation, whether you are returning to first grade or returning to work.
